Quality Manager
Keith Stanford joined the AFHCAN team in June 2005 as the Senior Computer Support Specialist. Keith has over 25 years of computer experience on various platforms and applications. Most recently Keith supported Cook Inlet Region, Inc.'s Tourism Division as an Applications Specialist which included traveling to Seward, Whittier Valdez as well as Talkeetna.
He previously worked for ARCO Alaska, Inc. supporting the Human Resources Department as the Systems Analyst
which was very demanding and challenging. Another position he held at ARCO was as Contracts Analyst supporting
the Materials, Procurement and Contracts Department. In that position he was responsible for writing and
negotiating computer software licenses as well as supporting the department's computers and specialized
contract database application.
Keith was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska. He enjoys traveling to Kenai to camp, fish and spend time
with family and friends.

Visual Communication Administrator
Tom Elmore
is the Visual Communication Administrator for AFHCAN.
His role is to support the visual communication and video-teleconferencing applications and services for ANTHC campus.
Tom Elmore has been an Alaskan resident for over 15 years. Tom started his career in 1992 working in Public Broadcasting Engineering at KYUK in Bethel, Alaska and traveling around the
state supporting smaller public broadcasting radio station outlets. Tom has worked for the North Slope Borough School District (NSBSD) as the Telecommunications Manager and Technology
Coordinator overseeing the WAN and Video Teleconferencing networks. After 8 years with the NSBSD, Tom moved to Anchorage and spent 5 years overseeing the GCI SchoolAccess network, which
supports rural schools throughout the state. He also supported VTC for the State of Alaska, Telehealth and commercial customer accounts. Tom has had many interesting and unusual video
teleconferencing experiences including a wedding over VTC and several linkups between the NASA Space Shuttle and International Space Station and Alaskan students.

Audiovisual & VTC Support Technician
Cliff Ivey, Jr.
is the Audiovisual & VTC Support Technician for AFHCAN.
His role is to support the visual communication and video-teleconferencing applications and services for ANTHC campus.
Cliff Ivey, Jr. was born in Alaska raised in Seattle WA, he grew up around an active group of kids which they all
spent a good amount of time in extreme sporting from water sports to winter and fall sports. Cliff is the oldest in a
family of five and loves to spoil his six year old sister. After High School Cliff saved money for two years and decided
to put his little change on the world and left for college to become an engineer for good causes. Background includes
audio engineer, recording, mixing and Show Production Engineer. Cliff is glad to be with AFHCAN and look forward to
growing a better ANTHC.
